Live-tweeting the federal budget

So I opened up a twitter account yesterday – you may have noticed the button at the bottom of the sidebar at right. It's something of an experiment, and I'll probably just use it for things that I can't work up to a fully-fledged blog post. There are a lot of those.

Today I used it to bash out my comments on the federal budget while listening to the CBC live feed. You can find them (in reverse chronological order) here at my profile page.

That was cathartic! That is one wicked reference to Wilkins Micawber. Thanks for doing this Stephen. westslope grinning ear-to-ear
Here’s my clever stab at humour: You gotta have tenure to check-out Twitter!
On a more serious note, once you have used Twitter for a few months, please let us know what you think of your personal cost-benefit outcome estimate. From a distance, it strikes me as time consuming and restrictive, as well as duplicating or overlapping the services that many pre-existing feeds, blogs and similar services already provide.
